    That's a great cover. I assume that when he ducks, they'll all accidentally shoot each other.

    Is that my cue to say you really should check out Mark Waid's Daredevil? It's full of awesome and I hadn't read a single frame of DD since maybe, what, the short Kevin Smith run?

    Waid avoids the cliché you mention. Daredevil LAWYERS THEM INTO SUBMISSION instead.
